ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EVERY PACKAGE Proof of liability insurance will be required before starting your medical director coverage. All providers will need to stay compliant with the state or regulatory boards. Must practice within their scope of practice under the guidance of a medical director. Must be certified in all services offered.
